The student services teams assist students with everything from course registration and financial aid to academic advising, tutoring, and accommodations. Whether you’re planning your academic path or managing your tuition, we’re here to help you every step of the way.
The Academic Success Center (ASC) and Institutional Review Board (IRB) are also accessible directly in Canvas, ensuring that academic and research support is always within reach.
The Academic Success Center (ASC) provides online and in-person services and resources to help you achieve academic and professional success. Whether you are working on a paper, presentation, capstone project, group project, credential exam, job application, or something else, we are here to support you.
All ASC services are included with your tuition, and you can even access them after graduation.

Canvas is the NDNU online learning platform that students use to access their courses, assignments, grades, and class materials. It allows students to
- View course announcements and syllabi
- Submit assignments and take quizzes online
- Participate in class discussions
- Communicate with instructors and classmates
- Track grades and feedback in real time; official grades are accessible in Campus Portal.
The Credentials Office assists prospective and current students with the application process and formal recommendation to the for those who complete the program. All K-12 teaching and administrative credentials, permits, and certificates are issued by the CTC. Credentials requiring the completion of a teacher education program are issued on the basis of a recommendation by the University, subject to satisfactory program completion.
The Disability Resource Office (DRO) partners with students and faculty to ensure equal access to all academic programs and campus activities. We celebrate the diverse strengths, perspectives, and experiences that students with disabilities and neurodiversity bring to our NDNU community. Your unique ways of learning, thinking, and engaging with the world enrich our campus, and we’re here to help you flourish.
The E3@NDNU (Educate, Empower, Engage) project aims to improve services for all post-baccalaureate
(graduate and credential) students. We aim to provide supplemental programs that improve
graduate student persistence and graduation.
The E3@NDNU project is part of the Developing HSI (Title V, Part B) - Promoting Post-baccalaureate
Opportunities for Hispanic Americans (PPOHA) grant and is dependent upon continued
federal funding up to Sept. 30, 2026.

The Business Office assists all students regarding their financial status. Business Office staff can assist with account payments, inquiries, and payment plan options.
The NDNU IRB safeguards the rights and welfare of human research participants for research conducted in association with NDNU. The NDNU IRB is a committee comprised of members appointed via the Provost’s Office that reports directly to the Provost. It does not fall under the faculty governance structure due to its legal and ethical responsibilities, for which the Provost’s Office is ultimately responsible.
NDNU is proud to welcome students from all over the world. University services for international students include I-20 issuance, F-1 visa advising, career services for CPT and OPT, academic advising, and writing support. Additionally, NDNU faculty work closely with students to support progress and success.
The Carl Gellert and Celia Berta Gellert Library at Notre Dame 91¸£Àû×ÊÔ´Õ¾ provides access to knowledge and information resources for students, faculty, and staff to facilitate multimodal instruction, knowledge development, scholarly communication, creativity, and cultural transmission.
We aim to provide students with the resources to make educated and informed decisions and take ownership of their educational experience. The Office of the Registrar handles student academic records, maintaining the confidentiality of those records and equitable application of the university’s academic policies. The office provides registration oversight, graduation audits, class scheduling, transcripts, transfer credit, and the university catalog.
The STARS project supports students transferring from community college to NDNU’s 2-year bachelor’s degree completion programs. The project targets three focus areas: Transfer and Articulation, Retention and Graduation, and Professional Development. It’s our disposition to partner with community colleges, student leaders, staff, and faculty in order to empower students to pursue higher education, successfully attain their baccalaureate degree, and climb the socioeconomic ladder in their career pathways.
