The Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree program at NDNU fosters innovation, management, and leadership competencies through the practice of analytical decision-making and problem solving.

Our MBA program develops essential business skills including interpersonal communication, strategic thinking, and leadership practice. Our courses use systems thinking to leverage technological advances such as Generative AI, data analytics, and evidence-based management in ethical decision-making and corporate social responsibility.

Beyond the global perspective of the rigorous core curriculum of management, ethics, and creative problem-solving, NDNU’s MBA gives you the flexibility to pursue specialized electives that provide the specialized skills and informed perspectives necessary to flourish in your career. To further prepare you to advance your career, we offer MBA concentrations in AI, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, and Public Administration & Non-Profit Management.

NDNU’s MBA program is offered in an asynchronous online modality that supports the flexibility and engagement working adults value in their learning journeys. This online version of the MBA does not offer student visas to international students for study in the United States.

Admission Requirements

To be admitted into the MBA program, students need to meet the following requirements:

  1. A four-year bachelor’s degree or the equivalent from a regionally accredited institution
  2. A cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or better
  3. Two academic and/or professional recommendations
  4. One or more courses in each of the foundation areas of accounting, economics, statistics, and math.
